Evaluation Night #7

Last night we held our 7th Evaluation night of the year, very ably facilitated by our own Jim Crew.  We also had a number of visitors from the Central Coast who came along to see how what we do differs from a traditional camera club competition night.

We had a strong panel of entries in both prints and projected images with some really outstanding photographs from our members.  There was a good discussion of the important aspects of the photos together with our usual banter amongst the audience which keeps our nights fun and light hearted, but with the important suggestions for improvement and alternative ideas for the authors to consider. 

Our next meeting is the “Photography My Way” night where members volunteer to make a short presentation on any photographic subject of their choice.  So far, we have 6 presenters scheduled, so if anyone else has a presentation in mind, please let us know ASAP.
