Presentation #5: Long Exposure Thursday 12th June
Our last meeting was a presentation conducted by Ian Cambourne. His topic was ‘Long Exposures’ and Ian gave a very broad and detailed amount of information that gave details of more than the traditional approach of photographing moving water or clouds. The information Ian covered will no doubt be of great help when we are preparing submissions for the long exposure challenge we will be having at an upcoming meeting. Our thanks go to Ian for his efforts and the sharing of his considerable knowledge of the subject.
Ian’s presentation demonstrates how much skill and knowledge we have within the club. Along with our policy of sharing knowledge, we all get great value from such presentations.
A pdf version of Ian’s PowerPoint presentation is now available on our web site, so you can review the presentation or study it if you were unable to attend the presentation.
At our next meeting, on June 26, is a challenge night on the theme of close up or macro. Tis challenge gives us the opportunity to practice the techniques that Keith informed us about a few meeting ago. So start getting your submissions ready. I any member would like to be the moderator for this night, please let me know.
