Evaluation Night April 18, 2024

Last meeting was another of our Evaluation Nights. It again proved to be a very successful event with 32 projections and 15 prints to evaluate, including some from our newer members. The entries again displayed a wide range of subject matter and styles, with many topical and thoughtful photographs. Attendance was again good, even with a number of members currently in travel mode.

There was good participation in our group discussion, with the opportunity for members explain their motivations for making the photographs they displayed. The discussions we very capably led and guided by Robert, who was our moderator for the night. The positive suggestions provided will be of great  assistance to those who submitted their photographic endeavours.

A big thank you to our moderator and all members who submitted photographs and to those who helped make the photographic discussion most worthwhile.

For our next meeting we will be considering the making of Photo Books, what they are and how to compile them and have them printed.
