Who Are We Really
I did not want to photograph Laura like the boys.
I wanted to explore and hopefully capture the person underneath the typical poses that were expected.
I was looking for the atypical images.
Using ‘in camera’ multiple exposure and photoshop techniques a story emerged and hence the title ‘Who Are We Really?’
We allow others into our lives, we show them what we want them to see, we beguile, we create masks and veils and some of us let others dominate us and sometimes we surrender due to circumstance or need. In all instances we make choices that shape our destiny.
